According to the Spanish Organic Law of Personal data Protection (LOPD) 15/1999, 13th of December, all the personal data provided by the users to subscribe to our newsletter will be stored in a computerised file, owned by Folch Studio, SL (hereinafter Folch Studio) in order to favour our communication with them, as well as to send them information and to promote Folch Studio. These communications will be done by e-mail.
According to the Spanish Law of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, I give my express consent to receive, by electronic communication means, Folch Studio commercial or advertising communications.
Folch Studio, as owner of the computerised file, guarantees and recognises the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of the provided data, as well as the right to not receive further commercial communications. This may be done by means of a written request, enclosing a document that proves his/her identity, and expressly indicating the right he/she wants to exercise, to the following e-mail address: afs@folchstudio.com.
